Teacher Evaluations
We teachers are continually reviewing our own thinking about what we do in the classroom. To that end, we need your help!
Please complete the Curricular and Teacher Evaluations below.
Your responses will not be seen by administrators, nor will they be used for any purpose other than providing the coordinators and teachers with honest feedback about the program. The evaluation will be used to reflect on curriculum, general classroom attitudes, classroom policies, class rigor, clarity of objectives, etc.
Your responses will be anonymous to your teachers, but your name and email address will be collected to give you credit for completing the evaluations. We expect you to answer all items completely, honestly, and respectfully! Please do not undermine this process by being vague, cruel, or using inappropriate language.
Directions: Please complete an evaluation for each of your teachers listed AND for your current grade level.
Most statements are scaled 1 through 5 as follows: 1= Do not agree, 2= Minimally agree, 3 = Somewhat agree, 4 = Agree, 5= Strongly agree.
There are also a series of free-response questions you will answer.
Once you have completed an evaluation, please return to the start page and complete the next one. KEEP TRACK of the evaluations you have completed. In most cases, you will complete 7-10 evaluations. If you do not see one of your teachers, don’t worry about it. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not complete all the evaluations, you will receive a zero for the assignment in your CORE classes. Again, all responses will be anonymous to your teachers.
All evaluations must be completed by Friday, May 31, 2019 @11:59PM!
